As a Product Showcase exhibitor of Sustainable Design Summit, you’ll receive dedicated support in the run-up to the show.

Step 1: Tell us about your product
Deadline: Monday 4th November
Kick-start the journey of marketing yourself at Sustainable Design Summit with your product listing. You can view your current listing on the Product Showcase Suppliers page, and if you wish to update your product information, simply complete the Product Showcase Listing Form below.
The form needs to include specific information about the product you are placing on the podium.
Please provide the following information about the product you are bringing to place on your podium by Monday 7 October.
Step 2: Designing Your Podium Artwork
You can create your own artwork to help display your product at the showcase; this can include graphics, text, images and logos. Please have a look at some of the examples of podium displays from last year’s Product Showcase to give a feel of how your display will look.
We recommend including a QR Code in your artwork to provide more information about your product to make it easier for the viewer. If you are unsure of how to do this please reach out.
Before completing your artwork, please read the specifications below:
- All artwork should be supplied in print-ready, high-resolution (300dpi) PDF files with no crop, print or registration marks of any kind
- PDF Files should have a 3mm bleed settings embedded within the file/s. Artwork should continue right to the edge of the bleed bounding box. There should be no white space in the file beyond the bleed area (unless the artwork design requires this)
- Each panel must be a separate PDF file and named according to which panel it is and your company name. Using the format: COMPANYNAME-PANEL(TOP/FRONT/1/2)
- Artwork files must be designed to one of the following proportions in relation to the final panel size: 100%/50%/25%
- CMYK format colouring will print the best results
Step 3: Upload Your Artwork
Deadline: Wednesday 6th November
Before uploading your artwork please ensure you have fully understood the information in Step 2.
Step 4: Register For Your Exhibitor Badge
The Sustainable Design Summit Product Showcase and in-person Working Group Lunch will take place at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe.
Product Showcase exhibitor registration for Sustainable Design Summit is now live.
Exhibitor Registration
Registration is required of all your attending team in order to access the show hall as well as the drop off and collection of your product for the Product Showcase. You will all be given exhibitor badges for Cruise Ship Interiors and with that you have access to exclusive networking events open to exhibitors, such as the Opening Party (Tuesday 3 December, confirmed details to follow in due course).
If the person responsible for the delivery and installation of the product before the show opens is different to your exhibiting team, please complete the short form below with their contact details. See the Set-up and Move-Out information tab below for full details of when and where the product needs to be dropped off.

Industry Scam Warning
Be aware of scam emails offering fake data lists, event guide listings, and accommodation services for Sustainable Design Summit. This is an on-going industry scam, so please be alert. If you have any questions about potential scam emails, please contact us.

Please note ExCeL London now uses the Voyage Control booking system for access to the freight doors. A link to book vehicles will be available closer to the show please contact Caroline Chong directly for the link.
Lead Capture
A lead capture licence will enable up to 4 members of your team access to an app for your smartphones. Using the app, you can scan badges to collect contact details from the people you connect with at the show. Each exhibiting company will only need to purchase one licence. The data you collect over the show days will be sent to you after the show.
Lead Capture will be available to purchase closer to the in-person Sustainable Design Summit in London.

Supporting Documents for Your Visa:
We are happy to help any way we can in your journey to exhibit with us. If you are requiring supporting documents for a visa, please complete the visa supporting doc request form.
We would kindly ask you to inform yourself about the valid entry requirements (i.e. visa requirement) and complete the necessary formalities in good time before the summit begins. Sustainable Design Summit assumes no liability in the event that your visa application is denied, your visa is received too late or in case you are not able to travel to the event due to any other reasons.
