Having been asked on numerous occasions to act in a consultative manner Hannah Rogers and Jonathan Young decided that it would be very beneficial to architects and designers who are specifying carpets and rugs to have a resource they could access which would provide factual information in a clear, concise manner. Having worked in the carpet industry for many years for different manufacturers and with different skills both Hannah and Jonathan Young have gained their own knowledge and experiences that have helped them both understand the optimum specification for specific environments. They wanted to share their experience and knowledge with the specifying community and help designers and architects select carpets and rugs that are “Fit for Purpose”.
