The Carpet Council has been set up primarily to promote education and learning about carpets and rugs for the hospitality, cruise, and high-end residential market sectors. Having been asked on numerous occasions to act in a consultative manner Hannah Rogers and Jonathan Young decided that it would be very beneficial to architects and designers who are specifying carpets and rugs to have a resource they could access which would provide factual information in a clear, concise manner.
