The Carpet Council has been set up primarily to promote education and learning about carpets and rugs for the hospitality, cruise, and high-end residential market sectors. Having worked in the carpet industry for many years for different manufacturers and with different skills both Hannah and Jonathan Young have gained their own knowledge and experiences that have helped them both understand the optimum specification for specific environments. They wanted to share their experience and knowledge with the specifying community and help designers and architects select carpets and rugs that are “Fit for Purpose”.
