Product Showcase Booking

  • 50% deposit due within 14 days of booking. The remaining 50% due September 1st 2023. Your Product Showcase is officially reserved once we have received the deposit payment.
  • Cancellations: bookings may be cancelled by email or telephone within 14 days of booking without penalty. Any cancellations after 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Payment is preferred direct to our bank account as detailed on our invoice; payments made by credit/charge card will be subject to a 3.5% charge.
  • Refunds cannot be given for any products or services. In the event of a show cancellation or postponement, any payments made will be carried forward to the next edition of the event.
  • Insurance is in place for the entire period of the event.

Delegate Passes

Refunds cannot be given for any products or services. In the event of the Summit being cancelled or postponed,  any payments made will be carried forward to the next edition of the event.
