YOUR PRODUCT INFORMATION
Kick-start the journey of marketing yourself at Sustainable Design Summit with your product listing. You can view your current listing on the Product Showcase Suppliers page, and if you wish to update your product information, simply complete the Product Showcase Listing Form.
The form needs to include specific information about the product you are placing on the podium.
Please provide the following information about the product you are bringing to place on your podium by Monday 4 November.
- The weight of the product you are bringing
- The dimensions of the product you are bringing (width x height x depth)
- Please send at least 2 images of the product you are bringing
If you have a standard podium, the dimensions of where your product will be placed are 410.5mm W x 384mm D and the max weight is 20kg.
For low furniture podiums, the dimensions of where your product will be placed are
PRODUCT SET UP AND COLLECTION
On Wednesday 4 December, please bring your product between 9:00 am – 9:30 am. You will not be able to place your product after 9:30 am.

There is no storage at the venue so only bring the product you are displaying on the plinth. Do not bring any other marketing materials for your plinth. Products that are displayed on the podium are left at your discretion; we accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
Power supply is limited to lighting companies only, please confirm your power requirements via the artwork upload form.
Please collect your product no later than 6:30 pm on Thursday 5th December.
ARTWORK INFORMATION
As you have a product showcase booked, you can create your artwork to help display your product at the showcase; this can include graphics, text, images and logos. We recommend including a QR Code in your artwork to provide more information about your product to make it easier for the viewer. If you are unsure of how to do this please reach out.
